Set QR code on device (async, VIDA series only)

Sets a QR code string for a user on the device. The API returns an acknowledgement immediately; the result is delivered via the device's webhook URL as a set_qrcode callback. The QR string must not exceed 300 characters and must not contain double quotes (").
