Register biometric credential online (async)

Initiates on-device biometric enrollment (finger, face, or vein) from a remote command. The API returns an acknowledgement immediately; the result is delivered via the device's webhook URL as a register_online callback. Supported devices: specific REVO models (W-202BNC, WD-203BNC, WDV-204BNC, WF-205BNC, WF-206BNC, WF-207NC, WDF-208BNC, W-230N, W-231N); all VEGA models; Other Attendance Devices (fingerprint only).
