Get QR code from device (async, VIDA series only)

Retrieves the QR code string assigned to a user on the device. The API returns an acknowledgement immediately; the result is delivered via the device's webhook URL as a get_qrcode callback. Only VIDA, DS, and DT series devices are supported.
